I've used it a lot, and still no problems, I just have to remember to turn it off before I store it so buttons don't get pressed and run the batteries down. So, if you need a laser pointer and controller for MS-PPT with more-than-basic functions and low price, I can't recommend this enough! This one is the best value I found. Works perfectlly and I love the fact that the USB receiver slides into the presenter for storage. Works great on PC and Apple laptops. Swiss Gear has a good name. This item does not. The control was poorly made. I offered to return it and would recommend not buying the product.
Some of the functions simply did not work. This presenter works extremely well. It is, however, extremely sensitive to the touch. It can change slides multiple times with one touch if you are not careful. It works really well though. Cannot rate the battery life yet, I've only used it a few times so far. Compared to other wireless presenters that cost much less such as Targus, it performs very poorly. Batteries do not last long and aren't easily available.
The remote's buttons are also too close together and inadvertently close presentation. The only good thing abouth this remote is a black out button. See all 29 reviews. Pages with related products.
